The Office for the Vice President for Research (OVPR) Research Development Services (RDS) team supports faculty in all disciplines in finding and winning external funding for their work. The RDS team works to enhance the research climate at UConn. Some funding opportunities, specifically corporate and foundation funding, require a specialized partnership process.
The UConn Foundation Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) team is a central resource for funding opportunities that necessitate partnerships between companies or philanthropic foundations and the University. The CFR team maintains relationships with a wide variety of organizational and corporate partners and is eager to work with UConn and UConn Health to identify appropriate prospects, connect faculty to funding opportunities and provide guidance on reporting.
